3. Select an answer option for each quiz question (you can submit without answering every question, but unanswered questions will be graded "Incorrect")

4. Select "Save Answers & Resume Later" to save your progress

a. From the main Study Schedule page, selecting "Take Weekly Quiz" again will return you to the Weekly Quiz page with your saved previous answer selections 5. Select "Submit Answers" when you are ready to complete the quiz and submit it to your program admin to review

6. After submitting the quiz, you can provide feedback on a question to AAO-HNSF

a. To provide feedback to AAO-HNSF for a question, select the "Give Feedback" button to the right of the question number

1. A modal will appear where you can select the Issue type from a dropdown and provide up to 500 characters of feedback in the free text entry box

2. Select "Submit Feedback" to send your feedback to AAO-HNSF

3. Select "Cancel" or the X in the upper righthand corner to close the modal without submitting your feedback
