outside Washington, DC; and in Pennsylvania, east of Pittsburgh. In the November 2001 Bulletin , Dr. Holt shared the perspective of the AAO-HNS/F on that day and the days that followed in hosting the 2001 Annual Meeting in Denver, Colorado, during this historic moment in U.S. history. It is published in full on the following page. Other milestones during this time include the first online registration capabilities in 1998. The meeting name also changed in 1998 to pay tribute to the vast value for attendees of the exhibit hall program and activities—AAO-HNSF Annual Meeting & OTO EXPO. Other changes during this time include travel grants for residents implemented in 1999 and the ability to virtually visit the exhibit hall year-round on the Academy’s website to review product listings or search by company, product, or category.
