Conclusion We found that the majority of interventions recommended by otolaryngology were either medical management or edu cation, both of which can be done via telemedicine and without in-person office visits. Overall, 82.8% of patients did not require in-person follow-up with Otolaryngology. 100% of nasal eConsults did not require in-person follow up with Otolaryngology. Efforts should be made to promote the widespread use of eConsults, which leads to the more efficient use of resources across multiple disciplines.
