compared to patients ≥ 18 years of age, our patients <18 years old or their caregivers were less likely to report being satis " ed with their care (OR 0.66; 95% CI 0.54-0.81; P < .001). Additionally, our Medicare patients were 30% more likely to describe being satis " ed (OR 1.3; 95% CI 1.08-1.57; P = .005). Finally, compared to our patients treated at the main University Hospital clinic, those cared for at satellite clinics were signi " cantly more likely to report satisfaction (OR 1.3; 95% CI 1.11-1.54; P = .002).
