TOLMS included preoperative outpatient clinic assess ment, supplies, OR and GA costs, recovery room, one-night hospitalisation (as for our hospital protocol), and staff fees. For OB procedures, the costs of outpatient clinic examina tion, local anesthetic drugs, fiber laser supply, instrument sterilisation, and staff fees were considered.
