Cerebrospinal fluid rhinorrhea management

Conclusion This iterative evidence based review demonstrates that the best evidence for managing CSF leaks is based primarily on the surgeon’s preference, taking into consideration both

cost and morbidity. It also confirms that antibiotics and lumbar drains may not be helpful. The overall level of ev idence is relatively poor and we strongly support higher level research to help guide CSF leak repair.
