SNOT-22 and RSDI scores Low SNOT-22 patients ( < 20) were less likely to achieve MCID compared to high-SNOT ( > = 20) (43% vs 82%; p < 0.001). SNOT-22 and RSDI scores up to 18 months post-enrollment

(Continues)

Elderly patients least likely to achieve a MCID in total SNOT-22 score compared to younger patients (66% reached MCID, p = 0.16). Similar trends for each SNOT-22 domain.

50 CRS patients Change in SNOT-22 SNOT-22 > 30hada > 90% changes of achieving MCID.

Odds of achieving MCID was greater with surgery compared to medical therapy in 3 of the 5 patient clusters. 2 of the 5 clusters showed no difference.

Factors associated with achieving MCID included pre-operative SNOT-22 score, age and missed productivity.

CRSwNP greater improvement than CRSsNP. MCID MCID values for the rhinologic, extra-nasal rhinologic, ear/facial, psychological, and sleep domain scores were: 3.8, 2.4, 3.2, 3.9, and 2.9, respectively.

Improvement in SNOT-22 scores alone does not correlate with health utility as captured bySF-6D.

Clinically significant improvement in symptoms at 6 months post-op typically

have sustained improvement long term (at least 10 years follow up).
